This is a small, well-equipped beach house in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood three miles north of the village of Duck. A great room, three bedrooms and one and helf baths is very comfortable for a small family or two couples. The porch wraps around two sides and a wonderful outdoor shower is under the house.
